​We can discuss the final sheen after sanding is completed.  We offer a variety of different products and looks.  Gloss, semi-gloss, satin and matte for shine.  Most people use satin.   The sanding process we follow and products we use determine the number of coatings that go on a floor. Most times it is 3 coats, 1 sealer and 2 coats of finish.
